   I had a sense that he was an honest, gifted person who could not only build, but also guide us in doing it right. Fred Rose was also very cost effective and could hold my hand. He was someone by my side that I could trust.
    
2. How was your overall experience with The Rose Company?
   Fantastic, he did everything he said he would do. He finished early, was conscience of details, accountable, communicative and informed. The end result was absolutely gorgeous.

   They exceeded them!

   Sure, Fred Rose is my #1 man. I wouldn't even think about it without him.

1. Why did you choose Fred Rose, L.C.?
   Fred Rose and I connected on this project. We both were very passionate on the quality of the workmanship and the timeline for this. Fred has a passion to serve his customers the same as we do and that was key to our success with this project.
   
   He gave us direction in working with the City of Cedar Falls and various other entities that was invaluable. He is very knowledgeable about the area, the inner workings and of the subcontractors available to us. He also was able to see the dream we had.
    
2. How was your overall experience with The Rose Company?
   Excellent! We met weekly in order to keep the communication lines open. Since this was a design/build project, it was imperative to keep the information flowing both ways.
    
3. Did The Rose Company meet your expectations?
   Absolutely! I don't think there is another company locally that could have a: worked with me, b: finished this project in the time frame required and c: been a better ambassador for our project and business!
    
4. Would you do business with The Rose Companies again? Why?
   Yes, they are very easy to work with, honest, and ethical.
